Inspired by The Hacker's Diet I got my estimated daily totals from How Many Calories Should You Eat Per Day to Lose Weight? and I used Calories to Kilojoules (kJ) conversion for conversions.
Estimated daily calories
# | To... | Cal | kJ |
---|---|---|---|
1 | To maintain weight | 2,702 | 11,305 |
2 | To lose weight | 2,161 | 9,041 |
3 | To lose weight fast | 1,621 | 6,782 |
