To set Yum Cha KT-908 Digital Thermometer hold down MODE until it starts flashing, then ADJ to increment, and MODE when done.

To set the microwave press TIMER/CLOCK, then enter the time, then press TIMER/CLOCK again.
To set the oven press MODE on the touch screen until CLOCK icon lights up, then press up or down to change time.
