I hate it when this happens to me. I don't know about Telstra, but when I was buying my computer from Compaq I had to speak with a lady from overseas (not sure where exactly, although I did ask, and she told me, somewhere in Asia, I'm so ignorant of geography I could barely hazzard a guess as to where). It was one of the most frustrating conversations of my life, she didn't understand me, and I didn't understand her. 5 minutes worth of business took about 4 phonecalls over several hours, including at least a total of 60 minutes on the phone.
