How to disable shutdown event tracker (win2003/xp)
1. Open a run dialog type gpedit.msc press OK 2. In the group policy editor -> Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System 3. On your right side double click on the Display Shutdown Event Tracker 4. Select Disabled
