Usually, when I wake up in the morning I get straight on my computer.
I always feel stressed, and rushed.
This morning, I got up and made myself some cereal and came to my computer. But I took a few minutes to just sit here, deliberately not doing anything. I was listening to Deep Purple - April Part 1.
Admittedly, 3 minutes of meditation is not the RDI, but it's amazing how clear my mind feels right now.
I think today will be a good day.
I was chatting to a mate the other day, and he said he used his drive to work in the morning to 'meditate'. He doesn't worry about anything until he gets to work. He says in the last part of his drive he thinks about everything that he's going to do for the day, so a days work for him is just going through the motions of the 30 minute meditation/planning session he has in car on the way in.
Anyway, enough of all that... It's time for some Kranking Hard House!
