I have the *worst* pack of smokes ever.
I have no idea what was going on in the factory when these ones where produced, but I think someone accidentlally rolled some saw-dust off the floor, forgetting to include even a 'little bit' of tobacco.
Of course, being a nasty, dirty smoker I don't have any rights to quality as a consumer, I'm just a handy tax collection mechanism.
