So, my company's web site fell over while I was releasing some updates. Doesn't happen often, but it does happen. I get pissed. I go to my hosting company to complain and get someone to fix it ASAP. I find the Online Support site that I need to go through to get in touch with them. What do I see?
Of course, by the time their support facility was working again, so was my web site.. go figure.
