You know how a hyper-link is genereally underlined? Well, don't you think it's funny that people still underline text in HTML documents? Why would you do that? Do you just want me to move my mouse over your words?
STRONG and EM are equally good at drawing attention. Hn are good for headings. The underline is dead. Please accept this, and move on with your life.
