Looking at my email, I've sent an average of approximately 5 emails per day over the last 2 years.
I've read an average of about 40 emails per day and I've completely disregarded approximately 120 emails a day.
Just *inventing* some numbers: say it took about 2 minutes ( on average ) to read an email, and 10 minutes to write one, then I'd have spent over 2 hours every single day just dealing with email.
That doesn't include time spent reading news feeds ( or blogs ).
Out of control.
