I think the difference is that a leader can only lead people who choose to go the same way.
A master manipulates people toward an end.
It's interesting then, to consider “leadership in the real world”.
Are our 'leaders' trained to be a leaders, or trained to be masters..?
And, what to think of "Masters in Leadership"? :)
Better than the "Leading masters" I guess.
