We should make a NOC list.
Then each person on the NOC list gets issued their own CD with key pairs for encrypting messages to each other person on the list and the entire list.
We create the CDs with truly unpredictable data, we'd have CDs for tonnes of key pairs, that could be the one time pads for lots and lots of messages.
Then at each scotch, we issue a new set of key CDs to each person on the NOC list.
Then we get a *reliable* messaging server and client that facilitates end to end encrypted messaging.
It's definitely a good plan.
I say it comes before the robot.
