Itchi san cooked up a storm again tonight.
He made a Japanese curry, very tasty.
He made a side dish of spinach and bacon. That's it. (Seasoned with salt and pepper)
Yum!
I love spinach. I used to always sweat off some spinach and Spanish onion to have with my bacon and eggs. But I've never had just spinach and bacon before.
It's worth remembering this one.
