These are some thoughts on a new backup server. The only purpose for this server is to constantly backup my network. It's not a file server (except for restores) or VM host or web server or anything other than storage for rsync backups from over the fleet. Leaving 'love' free to be the primary file server, X-Windows system, and VirtualBox VM host.
Note: after I upgrade the RAM on 'love' I will have an 8GB RAM stick left over which I can put in 'happiness'...
